Plastic seals without metal insert

Our seals without metal inserts are characterised by a fully plastic closing mechanism.When an attempt to open with manual traction is made, the plastic breaks due to the physical properties of the tail material. The attempt at tampering is thus highlighted.

The absence of the metal insert does not reduce the tensile strength of seals, but in some cases it guarantees a better endurance.

Poseidone is the only seal among these that has a fixed-length while the others seals are all adjustable. Zeus is the strongest security seal in our production range, it requires an high traction to open; while Demetra has been designed to break with a lower manual force.

Plastic seals with metal insert

This type of seal is characterized by a closing mechanism with metal locking. They have a smooth tail which, in case of a strong manual traction, is cut by the metal layers, thus highlighting the attempt to open the seal.

Ermes has a flat tail and its distinguishing feature is the numerical scale engraved on the tail which allows to measure with detail the ring created during the closure. Eracle, Ares and Efesto belong to the same grouping and differ for their round tail of different diameters, designed to meet specific needs.

Variable length seals

Most of our seals, with or without a metal insert, have a manually adjustable length closure. This feature allows the user to adapt the seal to the specific size of the intended product, guaranteeing different applications. 

Fixed length seals

Our product range offers a fixed length seal. The tail does not have sliding parts and slots into a fixed term. The simplicity and speed of closure are its main feature.

Bolt seals

Bolt seals have a high degree of reliability, they are mainly used in logistics for closing tailgates, containers, cages, sheds or other situations that require greater control and resistance to breakage. The diameter of the bolt seals presents a thickness discouraging tampering, in fact, in order to open it, there is the necessity to have special clippers. 

Gea is a new product designed and produced by us RFID technology to allow a trace of the itinerary made by the object in which it is applied.

Metal cable seals

Metal cable seals have a high degree of security, slightly lower than bolt seals. They can have different diameters to suit multiple needs. They are used in common applications like bolts but unlike the latter they can be adjusted.

Thanks to the thin metal cable it is possible to pass through small holes of even a few millimetres guaranteeing a very high degree of security..

Zipstop

Zipstop are small plastic anchors that are used to block the opening of the security bags where there is a seat (zip-holder) in which the zip and the seal are placed to stop the sliding and prevent any movement.
